Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls park ( Enroute- Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary)

Enjoy an early break-fast before proceeding to Masindi ,  Enroute stop over at the ZZiwa Rhino Sanctuary , the only place you will have a chance to see white rhinos anywhere in Uganda.  Thereafter proceed to the park where you will enjoy your dinner and overnight at one of the lodges listed below

Day 2: Game viewing and launch trip. 

murchison-falls-kobsMurchison falls park is Uganda’s largest and oldest national park populary known for its tremendous Nile falls and an extensive list of diverse wildlife species. Visit the Buligi area in the park which is the best area for most wildlife drives. You may be rewarded with great views of many wildlife species in the park in the Victoria, Queen’s and Albert tracks. Lookout for herds of Elephants feeding in the morning, kobs come out to play, various buffalos, and groups of giraffes, warthogs, baboons, lions, leopard, and the bird list of over 400 species. Enjoy afternoon boat trip close to the bottom of the falls where you can get a clear view of the falls, many animals graze along the river banks, hence best moment to view crocodiles, hippos

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest National Park.

Early morning departure from Murchison falls to Fort portal, you may get chance to get a glimpse of the legendary Rwenzori mountains  as they hover behind this district.

Day 4: Chimpanzee viewing

Kibale forest is most popular destination to track the chimpanzees; you stand big chances of the meting chimps either in the morning or in the afternoon. After breakfast, transfer to the briefing point and there after follow your guides in the forest, in search for the chimps. For a regular tracking, one hour is permitted with the chimps but those on habituation can have the whole day with their hosts. Thereafter proceed to your lodge for your diner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. queen-elizabeth

Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the premier parks in Uganda with a great biodiversity of flora and fauna. After your breakfast, embark on your drive to Kasese with a stopover at the Mahoma falls. The small falls offer a great view of the crater lakes and you surely have a great time as the water meanders in strength washing you clean. Proceed with your drive to the park. Where you will enjoy your diner and overnight stay

Day 6: Mweya Peninsular game drives &  Kazinga channel launch trip.

There are small network trails between the Mweya Peninsular and the katunguru gate that usually disclose kobs, waterbucks and occasionally elephants and leopards. You will need to drive to other plains like the Kasenyi plains for more wildlife viewing, with big chances to meet the lions, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, and so many more. An addition of a launch cruise, make your trip colorful along the kazinga channel. The trip rewards you with rides to the areas with big concentration of hippos, birds and crocodiles and wonderful landscape views.

Day 7: Transfer from QENP to Bwindi

Early breakfast and then morning drive through the Ishasha sector to Bwindi forest enjoy good views of the tree climbing lions of Ishasha. Proceed to the park and prepare for the gorilla tracking following day.

Day 8: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest

Bwindi forest is one Africa’s most ancient rain forest popularly known for habouring over half the population of the last surviving mountain gorillas in the world.  There are a number of habituated gorilla groups in Bwindi National Park. Whichever permit you receive be sure to be at the briefing point by 07:30am. Join your guide for a transfer to the park head quarters for briefing about the tracker’s conduct. Proceed for your gorilla tracking in the forest. Apart from the gorillas, meet other forest animals among which are the forest hogs, various birds, forest elephants, l’hoest’s monkeys, the African golden cats and various flora residing in the park.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Lake Bunyonyi is undoubtedly the loveliest lake in Uganda, featuring over 20 islands, all seated on this lake proving home to various birds of the Lake Bunyonyi. Transfer this morning with your guide to this magnificent lake, and have time to relax your muscles for the tracking activity. Enjoy your diner and overnight at the one spot relaxation place in Uganda.

Day 10: Boat trip on Lake Bunyonyi & Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Enjoy spectacular views of the birds on the islands, which make Bunyonyi the lake of many birds. Thereafter transfer to Lake Mburo national Park.

Day 11: Game viewing and boat ride

Despite being crossed a busy highway, the park features wildlife found scarce in other parks.Wildlife species you may spot in the park includes zebras, elands, impala, topis, slender mongoose, giant bush rats plus a good place to view leopards. Enjoy an afternoon boat ride on lake Mburo with chance of spotting  shoebill stork  &  kingfisher birds

Day 12: Transfer to Kampala
